All orders are shipped the same day if purchased by 2:00 PM.

UK orders are shipped out by Royal Mail 2nd class free of charge which is a 2-5 working day service. There is a small fee to upgrade to 1st class if you require your order quicker. Royal Mail state 1st class service is a 1-2 working day service with most arriving the next working day. We also offer Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery.

We ship europe wide. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail service, with estimated delivery dates between 5-10 working days depending on location.

We only accept PayPal for payment of all orders.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still purchase and pay by card through PayPal without having to have a PayPal account.

Please note that if your payment comes through in the form of an eCheque, then this can take approximately 7-10 days to clear. All orders are shipped upon cleared payment only.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
